Why cant members use my personal avators?

Why cant members use my personal avators that i have uploaded onto my forum ... is there any way that they can use my personal avators??

er...in my forums..they want their own avatars

cuz they can make them with photoshop..

Well, that's simple enough:
They make their own avatars, they host them somewhere (ex: imageshack or photobucket) and they go to their profil, avatar, and put the html of the picture once hosted.
Or, they make their avatars, go directly to their profil, avatar, and press 'upload from computer'
