Forum Title Bar [Solved]

Hello, I recently refurbished my old website into a new one complete with change of name and domain. Everything's gone smoothly except the title bar of the website (you know the part that says the name of the website on your browser's tab). It's the old website name and I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find a way to change it. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

You meant the site name? if yes, CP - General - Configuration - Site name.

No, I already changed the site name there, the title at the top of the browser remains unchanged though, despite many resaves. I even changed the subtitle a few times to make sure it was accepting the changes. It shows the new title on the forum links as well.
