My theme wont change i want it too grrrr

Hi a few weeks back i decided to change the look of my forum so i chose a new theme and recreated all my buttons etc but to my dismay everytime i posted the theme changed back to its origional blue and i want it black so i changed it again and again and again now it wont change from blue at all. I have tried changing just the colours but it says they have changed but when i look at the forum its still the same all i want is a black background but even just changing the black background colour doesnt work. It says its one thing on the administration change background thing but when i look at my forum its still blue it is driving me insane any suggestions plz ?????????

i tried that i think i have tried everything. Its saying the colour has changed but then when i get back to my forum its still blue. Then when i go back to ccs it is black i dont know wot i going on i am stuck

its the blue backround and all the chat box and lines i have tried changing the theme but its stil blue on the forum itself but in the change theme the current thing is all black and red so its saying its changed but in reality it hasnt
