why my backround no change?????? i put the image link and send but no change my backround

i put the link in list of the pictures

i am having the same problem i change the background on ccs and it says its changed but when i go to my forum its still blue go back to ccs on forum admin its black there i dont understand i changed it loads tried themes and then ccs but nothing helps

yup me to, my background picture wont show either, despite it being in the css, back ground page and list of the pictures. I am not sure if this is because it requires you to set the basic CSS off, which i am not willing to try as my theme took me ages to put on, but perhaps one of you might like to try?

Admin>>>styles>>>colours>>>css then at the bottom set it to yes to deactivate basic style sheet.

its the only thing i can think of.

i tried that already i have been around the houses the theme wont change properly it leaves all the blue lines in but all the black stuff i made and put in stays only my forum header pic changes thats easy to change back. But now my forum looks odd because everything i put in is black and red but the rest is blue and silver i dont want it to be i want it dark grey red and black i am so frustrated i wanna scream

what happens when you press control and F5 together when looking at your forum? it could be a cache problem.
