Backround Change

Hey i know i've changed my backround many times but somehow when i changed it to one of hitskins display... then after that i decided to change it into a world of warcraft another hitskins display but the backround of the forum is the same from the first one (only the backround everything else changed to the new hitskin). I tried changing the back round in administration panel to the url i want it to be and cliked saved then i look back at the forum but the backround is still from the first hitskin... but in the administration panel the backround when i looked at it where u edit it the backround is the url... its getting annoying... i tried another url but the same thing happened... can u help me??? thanks alot
