Can a user be able to get to admin panel without being in admin group?

No this is not possible I believe. Thats what mods are for. They can do everything an admin can do, except for the admin panel.

Yeah, this is possible. There is a trick to do this. I tell you with some steps.

1. Creating a double group:
Go to Administration Panel => Users & Groups => Groups => Group Administration => Create a new group. Create new group:
Group name : Administrators;
Group Moderator : Your name;
Group Members Color : Select administrators's group;
Color Group Members : Yes;
Group status : Closed group;
Group auto-subscribe : No.
Click Save.

2. Modifying original administrators's group:
Click from the original Administrators group: .
Modify a group:
Group Members Color : The same as that administrators's group;
Group status : Hidden group.

3. Manipulating / Adding invisible members to group:
Click to the original/hidden administrators group;
So, in this group you will add all members that have acces to the administration panel. Here you will add invisible administrators, and also, non invisible.

4. Adding visible administrators:
Click to the administrators group that we created;
Here you will add the same admins, but not all. So, add in this group real administrators, that will se any forum member.

5. Example & A little explication:
- In original administrators group you will add theese members:
Coddy;
Sanket;
Nera.;
Base;
slg.

- In visible admin group you will add:
Sanket;
slg.

So, only Sanket & slg will be visible for all members.
Coddy, Nera., and Base will be hidden admins.

Hi, it is not possible. The only way for members to access the admin panel if they are in the original administrators group. That is, the one with the crown beside its name in the groups management.

But I think theese steps can help hungergamesforum to manipulate users.
