Group Admin Panel access?

Hi,
I just wanted to know how to get other groups to access the Admin Panel, I am making a "Techies" group and I want them to be able to access the Admin Panel if I need help on the site. Can someone help me?

I think that you can only allow others to access your admin panel by making them admins. I don't think there is another way except adding them in the admin group.
