making homepage

This is probly a dum question i know how to make a homepage with the tutorial i was shown on another page, but I want make it more like the iportal page where it shows everything. Is there a place on the Admin controls that shows the css for iportal?

To set a portal page as a homepage,

AP >> Display >> Homepage >> Generalities >> Your Forum Redirects To: the Portal >>

To make a specific portal page the homepage,

AP >> Modules >> Portal & Widgets >> Portal Management >> Find the Portal Page >> Define as Default Page
