Ok, that is a great idea, easy way to share themes, but I think you should make the filed to enter password before instaling the scin - if not, someone can choose some valid link of forumtion forum and change skin - it's possible, isn't it?

I don't think that possible since you need to login the admin panel before you confirm the new theme.
