Re: User of my forum gets "You are not allowed to log on this forum"
OK Give this a try to make sure your settings are right.
STEP 1
ACP >>
General >>
Forum >>
Configuration
Scroll down the page to >> Forum on holiday : NO
SAVE
STAY IN ACP
STEP 2
Users & Groups
Users>>
Inactive Users
see if the members in the list if so tick the box next to there name and then activate
STEP 3
You may also want to try and log in on there account to test it your self but only if the member lets you have Permission to do so
If this don't work then i am sorry but i'm a little lost on the fix to it but i will give it some more thought

Checked forum settings, everything looks okay. There no inactive, banned accounts, or banned ip's. Forum is not on holiday neither. I tried to login to him account and logged in successful, without any error message.

Hi,
@Ape, Jophy, note this:
Hi,
As a recent security measure to prevent abuse of accounts and attempts to remain completely anonymous, forumotion has recenlt installed a new code, of which disallows ALL proxys to login to any forumotion forum (and it's counterparts). You cannot disable this, it is a security measure.
