Skin Problem Empty Skin Problem

I installed a skin via hitskin, and I changed to ProSilver. It was still their, so I'm using FF. I clicked CTRL + F5 to restart it. It worked. But every time I changed the banner, on MY computer, everything turns back to that skin except the images. Remember, only my computer. On my other's computers, it works fine. And on my Internet Explorer browser it works fine as well.
