Using new updates

How do i use the new update, i couldnt find any FAQ answering this question, is there a method to get it in use?

Which options is it you would like to use?

i just thought that you could help me, i read the description of the new update and all of the new things seemed to be useful for me

well you can turn on the friends and foe and the drafts facility in admin>>>users and groups>>>user settings.

The friends and foe can then be found by users in their profile. The friends and foe works by clicking on any members profile and clicking a link to add them to your friends list or foe list. If you add them to your foe list they wont be able to pm you and you can ignore their posts. For friends you can easily pm them.

The drafts facility appears when making new posts, and allows you to save a post before posting to your draft folder, also found in the profile.

The feature that now alerts you to posts having been made before you managed to post up your post, can be turned on or off in profile and preferences.

i think i have found my problem it is the icons missing in post new topic/new reply/newpm for example the link button is just a button with ''link'' text on it
