Post Edit, no Option/calendar/poll bars!!

Hello everyone,

While trying to find out how to make a Sticky, I realized that I don't even have an Options bar !
How can I fix this ? (I've already checked the permissions, they're ok)
here's how it looks while editing a post as admin :

WE can't see the Pictures , it too small , make it bigger.

it's a thumbnail ...click it

a) if you want to make a topic a sticky subsequently, you have to edit the initial post.

b) it could be that options are blended out, try to look for a small plus-symbol that expands further options.

it is the initial post, as for the invisible Options/Calendar/Poll and plus-symbols ..i don't think that's the case because even if I left click and drag the mouse (selecting) they don't appear anywhere

OH! btw, i see them! you notice the 4 small boxes? and below those boxes are 3 options: normal, sticky and announcements!

yes I have that in "Announcement" ..are you sure the previous is "sticky" ? sorry my bad then ..it translates as "note" in greek :S
What about the Bars that are not there ?

poll bars you mean? they are not supposed to be visualized in the edit-field.

you see the big blank field (it read something like "10 poll options allowed")? you enter your poll options here and seperate them with a line-break!
