Edit reason

I was wondering if there is a way to make it so when you edit your posts, or someone elses posts, you can put a reason why you edited it, because right now it just says "Last edited by Belin on Mon 21 Jan 2008 - 20:21; edited 1 time in total" I'm also looking for the reason you put for editing to show up where it says who last edited it.

as far as i know this is not possible, but i write at the bottom of the
edited post a comment with my name and the reason - bold and color also
recommended.
