I have an .ico file,Where do I put the ico file in this code please? Also does anybody know any websites where you can upload .ico files?

You should find your answer to your question in this Favicon Tutorial

Quick answer: Replace both of your http:www.peseditingworld.bigforumpro.com//of_the_favicon.ico with the file den or other hosting site's url that you are given after uploading the ico file.
