Can't sign in to forum email

I cannot sign into my custom email account. It was fine yesterday and it wont let me sign in at all today

i have had this on and off with forumotion since the feature came out. it seems to have a mind of its own. Give it a little time as it normally starts to work again, if not i will move this to tech

is this feature one you have to pay for as i havent heard of this before??

you have to have a domain name, which cost 1600 points (around 12 pounds) then you can have 10 free domain emails
