Hack problem

I am Russian. I have a problem with my computer because my forum was hacked. I went to the police because I lost a lot of give.
I went on the Russian forum and told me to send a message to "Leelo" because the pro staff is absent, but I can not. So I post this.

I'm on holiday in France and being in my computer repair I would be able to recover my account using a new password or change my email address.

How to give my information in order to resolve my problem?
