if i buy a domain name but without storage is it enough to put my forum on that domain?

Sorry but I don't understand your question, if you buy a domain you have it for 1 year and there is no storage limit. The only storage limit is for Gallery which you can upgrade by buying points, but for domain there aren't any storage limits9as far as I know).

no i mean if i buy a domain but not from forumotion, from another source, can i put my forum there? i allrdy have a forum and soon i will buy a domain and i want to transfer my forum to that domain.

No, you can't since Forumotion doesn't allow access to the database.
