ok so you know how you have your forum name Exsample:

The TLC Family Forum

The lord of chaos family forum


how do you change the full name of your forum ?????

You mean the Site name? Go to admin panel=>General=>Configuration=>Configuration and look for this box "site name" there you can change the name of your forum. If you mean the Title that is displayed in your browser window you have to change the text from this box "Homepage title".

no like the main page as you log into the forum that shows you the topics and categorys that title.

You mean the forum title? Go to admin panel=>General=>Configuration=>Configuration and change "Site Name" or "Site description" Depending on the one you want to change.
