change background issue Empty change background issue

i've changed the background several times ..never works. I don't care what size the image i submit is. It shows up in the Display but NOT on the page. I tried refresh. no change.

if it shows up on the display part-it should show up on the page,right?

You've changed it via Pics Management?

If it doesn't change through there it might be in the CSS. Please provide your forum URL.
