Time Zone Problem Empty Time Zone Problem

Hi i am from nepal. I have creater a forum for my college friends http://nicollege.forumzen.com/ . The main problem is about the timing.
The time zone of nepal i.e. GMT + 5:45 is not available there. What can i do , to have mine time zone?
Can the administartor of forumzen can solve the problem?
