chat box not showing

Hi,

I was seeing the chat box in my forum but when i changed my PC every time i log in to my forum i can't my chat only in FM Chat , and when i go to other forums i can't see the whole forum can some one please help?

Re-install the browser in your PC? And try a different browser. What one are you using?

i re-installed still same and i tryed all browsers even apple browser .

Can you give us a test account of your forum to see if we see it.

Also, do other members of your face the same problem?

i think i am the only one who faced this problem and yesterday there is a member who told me he can't see it too so i gave him a direct link to the chat box i think he stills can't see the chat.

it is activated and i was seeing it but this week some thing happened to it nand i can only see FM CHat i tryed it on another PC and it is working i think the problem is from my PC
