I would like and irc esper chat to my fourm

Its plain and simple i just want an irc from esper.net on my forum because i think its better for mutiple so if any
one knows how to do this please help me and im new to this forum hosting thing so if your intrested please help me. ps:if your interested here is my forum http://thewolfman101.forumotion.com
