can i delete the old rules at my forum .
because i want to create mine and to show just the rules that i create.

You can't delete the rules, but you can add other rules to them by going to admin panel=>General=>Rules and FAQ=>Rules

you can delete the rules but youmust have bought template editing, then you can edit the rules template to remove a little tag that sets them to appear. my site shows only my rules.

You have to buy the template option in order to edit them.After you have the required points (500) go to admin panel=>Misc=>Points management=>Configuration and look for this option "Template editing is disabled." and click on "Add" button. You can edit your templates from admin panel=>Styles=>Templates
