Extra Comments: I just need for you guys to make the thing the same color as my name in there (Part of the Violet family) and to have a white font text 'Assistant' on the center of it. I don't have the PSD file, nor did the main gfx designer has it so I'd like to request for it to be either fixed or recreated the same style.
