portal pictures

i add all i want in my portal like about us and a slide show now i just need to know 1 thing , how can i add a pictures like announcements word or about us? like this one .

Make that image using photoshop or gimp and make sure the background's transparent and then upload pic. Afterwards, do this.

ACP < Modules < Widgets Management < Click on whatever page you want it < Create a new widget < Name and do stuff you want for title < Table Type: No < And put the code below < Save

Edit: Once done, create another widget and put in the About Us part and then once done, place the non table type widget above the other created widget and you're all set.
