Solved Adding pictures to portal

This is another issue i'm having with my forums, when I make a personal widget, idk how to make an image apear like on this site. http://www.born2game.org/, I have my own image btw, no scripts to itr, I uploaded the image to image shack, idk if they have scripts tho.
