Adding Pictures To A Thread

I was wondering how I could add a picture to a thread...Something like a preview/avatar picture before you actually clicked on the link...

A friend of mine belongs to formotion and this is what her's looks like:

Oddly, I don't have that second box.....

When I click on, New Topic, I only have the Subject Box...

Well, it was a thought......

OK, my apologies, I forgot about 1 thing; it is possible Very Happy

Example: edit your first post (the one that started this thread) and near the subject box, there is a "solved" icon, that is possibly what ur after?

Admin panel >> Display (tab) >> Pics management > topics icon, add and restrict there.
