Outbox isn't sending??? Empty Outbox isn't sending???

i sent a pm to an admin, but isn't going into the sendbox, it just stays in the outbox, either the admin hasn't seen it... or its a bug were the admin can't see it!

Thats correct, if its in the outbox the person hasn't seen it. As soon as the person sees it, the message will be moved into the sentbox.
