how to place the members as default?

hello,can any body say me how to place the members in default into a group. for example i created a group called newbie.so i want to place the new comers into that group.i know 1way by going into that group and selecting the members and adding to that group. i don't want that. i want directly the new members should be placed into the newbie group with out admins settings.

You can't add members automatically to a group. You have to add them manually.
