Tabs not showing correctly

If I have placed this in the wrong area please move

In my topics Im having problems with it displaying correctly on tabs ,
it gives me a blank tab its the same when i reply to a message I can see the tabs but can see what the tab is and have to move the cursor over the top to find which tab to use , was working fine for a while then all of a sudden it has stop , is it a setting thing or is it my computer alone . No one else on my forum has this problem .

Tabs across the top and bottom

have to move cursor across them to see what they are to be able to reply to a message

the little boxs at the top and bottom if you look at the message above it shows multi quote, quote , edit and the next two Tabs are blanked out where they didnt used to be and I have to move the cursor over thenm to see what they are

Tabs / Buttons what ever they are is there a reason why these arent displaying correctly and something I can do to make them re appear correctly in the admin panel ?

sorry about that Im not a computer wizz lol so where do I go to find in admin panel and fix ?
