In progress WYSIWYG not working for WebKit?

I usually use WebKit browsers so I don't know when the WYSIWYG editor came back. I just had to test something, and I noticed that it works in Firefox/IE/Opera, but not in Chrome or Safari. Is this a known issue?

It happens on this forum too, not just mine (the button to enable/disable it is missing).

Yes more or so Chrome causes problems. I have not used Safari though.
