make message for specific group

is this possible to make a message for specific group ?

When you go into your private messages & click on New PM, there is a option of Or a usergroup

nope what i mean is, i want to create a html text/ads on template but just for member not for other groups like VIP or admin ?

You can create a widget, you can change the permission to only moderators. You can create a Section (forum) that they can moderate that way the can see the widget. Hope this works.

I don't think that will be possible. Your only options would be to create a forum where that only group can see the forum.

but i think it can be done by javascript or something?

You can't for specific groups, but you can hide a content for visitors or for logged members. The codes will work only in templates.
