bought points,but my points in points management is still 0.

ive just bought 2000 points from the points management system using paypal..
the problem is , although the balance in my paypal account is deducted , but my points in administration panel is still 0..
is it normal ? is it just a delay? or is it a glitch in the system?

if you have bought them correctlt i imagine this is just a little delay but if it continues please contact an admin of this forum.
