Icon and Rank buttons question,

How do i go about making my own? I'm not really computer savy like most are here, but i'd like to learn how to make my own buttons.
Plus i saw one of the links Star Preview here on the site and was wondering if i could host that on my photobucket link that i now have? I'd like to use some of the star's that are on there. If someone could please let me know how i can go about this that would be wonderful. Thanks in advance.

There are also some excellent programs for button creation.
I use Crystal buttons,likno web button maker and web button maker deluxe.
All of which you can get a trial version .
I also use the tool above (cool text).

Thanks for the link Bpoetic! I have always used this free button generator, but I think I like your link better. Altho the link I used has some already made to chose from. But it's always fun to make your own.

Dana, if you want to learn how to make them from scratch yourself check out this site as it is like a graphics school. Full of tutorials and ppl to help teach ppl how to do graphics of all the graphics software out there...or at least most of them.
