Dice Rolls - Dices Roll Old

Since I've seen a couple of these problems popping up in this forum and now that I'm starting to experience it myself, I've decided to post this up. I need help with this problem as an admin of my forum. Inside the Modules, under Roleplay Game there is a funny new option called Dices Roll Old, it seems that I can't create new dices or simply can't even go to those options anymore. When I click on Dices roll old it comes to a page where it says: admin_roll_dice_old.forum and that it does not exist or do not exist anymore. This problem has been on my forum for about a week and I'm keen on using the dice system. It is unfortunate that this has happened. Since I could not post a topic in the technical support I've decided to come here since it best fits Administration Panels. Please help me fix this problem if at all possible.
