I need help with dice roll (dices roll)

How do you get the link to your dice roll? I've made the dice and am able to put the icon on the navigation bar but I don't know how to get to the link of my dice list so that my members can access them by clicking the link? I'd like to link the dice instead of having to post a reply all of the time to get to that part.
