I can't see Chinese characters correctly!

I registered Longluntan by www.longluntan.cn and I chose Language as English. My control panel is English as I wish.
But when I want to post a new topic in Chinese, something is wrong!
Chinese character can't been displayed correctly. There are 班&#30340 and the like.
What can I do to recover it?

但当我想用中文发表一个新主题的时候，问题出现了。
汉字不能在主题栏中正常显示！只有类似班&#30340 的东西。

You can only post Chinese characters if the language of the forum is Chinese as well.

i face the same problem as well...but i can't change the default language to Chinese as some of the members don't understand Chinese. I really hope there's a way to solve this..

I did after many attempts.
Users&Groups-->Groups-->Administrators-->Admin-->Language中文简体

thanks Jerry, but I don't see the option you mentioned above. There's no Administrators --> Admin -->Language . I can only find Default language at General --> Configuration...
