2 questions - posting in the first 7 days and language trouble

Hi there!

1)
One of our new users said that they received a warning that they cannot post external links for 7 days as a new user.
I can't find a place to change this.

2)
Our buttons are in french "neuvoux" etc.
Help? My language is set to english.

1) it is already set to YES for that one... so they should be able to post

ah because it confusingly says "unauthorize"...hmmmm

You can change the images via panel: ACP >> Display >> Pics Management >> Advance Mode >> buttons >> change the images to your likes,
