Trouble posting from IPhones.

We have found that some members are having problems posting from there IPhones. The big issue is when they write a message and click send nothing shows in there post. It shows a post for them but nobtext is there. We are looking to see if anyone else is having the same issues. Any help on this would be appricated.

Ok they are not using the Topicit app and its seems to be IPhone only as I use Android and am having no problems on the site or through the Topic'it App

Yes they perfer to post to the forum and not use the app

Please post a link to a topic that one of them has posted with this issue?

He posted here and said that the message he posted here was missing the ending of Merry Fishmas Brotha.

Some posts are missing the first part others are missing the last part and he has had a few that were blank. All posted from his IPhone.

Ask the user if they tried to insert any emotes from their phones into the messages with the problem? If so, that is the problem. Right now we have a bug on some devices and forums where if you put in emotes that aren't installed on the site (aka ones from a phone), it can cause the message to go blank. Our techs are aware of this problem and are working it.
