I have been hacked and framed

Ok so some people called "Katara" and "Patches"
have hacked me.

I can't log in and they got me banned

They sent an PM to an admin saying "If you don't make me admin i will take down the forum so on..."
Then I got banned and NONE believes that i didn't DO IT!! Is there anything i can do to get unabanned or anything? All my other accounts have been hacked like my gmail account and facebook account. Any help to show i DID NOT DO THIS?
