How to make people not have to activate their account.

How do i make it so new users dont have to activate their account. They just register and then they registered and they dont have to go to their email and activate?

the alternative would be that you as the admin activate them manually. Set "new accounts activation" in "Users & Groups / Users / User Settings" to 'Admin'. You will get an email for each new registered user, additionally you will find unactivated accounts in "Users & Groups / Users / Inactive Users" where you also can activate them.
