Group Images Empty Group Images

I've seen a topic about this before, but I'm not too sure on how to do it. So, what I'm wanting is that the Groups have images, also to have it so they can have multiple userbars. I know you can do the multiple userbars (Rank wise), but I'm wanting it to work with the groups, so they can have for example, Senior Member & Moderator or something. Thanks
