How can I receive notifications of new posts?

As administrator of my forum, is there no way of receiving notifications of all new threads started or posts made? Currently I have to remember to log in to check forum activity.

Try going to each forum and categories in your forum then scroll till you see this
and press it

please make sure under Profile --> Preferences --> Always notify me of replies : --> Yes

This will ensure you always get an email when watching a topic/forum like Kirbs said above.
