In progress How do I set up all users to receive notifications via email

I want all users to receive an email when I post a forum or topic, and I only see a setting for them to get an email when someone replies? Is there a way to email a whole user group when I post a new topic/question, etc?

Your members will have to set it up themselves in their profiles.

When your topic has been solved, ensure you mark the topic solved.
Never post your email in public.
