Modify Mini Profile Template At PHPBB3 F7A4Jik

I am not sure what version was that forum using but I want to make my mini profile become something similar to it. My forum version is PHPBB3. My current mini profile is similar to this forum (zero customization). Unlike the screenshot, mine is without boxes and the font is extremely small. It is not appealing so I want to change it.

I have nearly 0 experience at coding so step by step helps will be appreciated.

Admin Panel

STEP: 2
Users & Groups --> Profiles

STEP: 3
Add a new field. 

STEP: 4
Go to image listing and but your badges and staff ranks.

STEP: 5
Mess around with it, you might find future answers for your new questions!
