default profile setting

is there a way to set a default setting of the profile for all new members?

example, for new members their profile will always have the following settings:
allow newsletters - yes
always attach my signature - no
hide online status - yes

allow newsletters > what do you actually mean by that ?

always attach my signature > this is a general option for all users, you can either check yes or no in users & groups > users settings, but you can specify it individually for the moment...but it's a suggestion that's been submitted to techs

hide online status > this is an option that only users can modify in their profile, you can't make any modification yourself.

and there is no way to make a default for member registrations unfortunately, you have to set for each member manually. Perhaps you could suggest it, in suggestions for your forums forum

i might just suggest that, so i don't need to manually set the profile i want for each new member.
