You need to place that in a template, it's not a widget code.

Yes Derri, my forum version is phpbb2 but I want to place it down above the forum statistics not in overall_header template and if its possible to add it in a widget for my portal.

Its is not necessary to put it in overall header.. you can put it in any template you want!

If you mean the statistics at the bottom of the forum its in template index_body..

To add it in widget, you need to change the code into script Script / JQuery.
