Can't Change my Colour on Admin Style

Hello,
I can't change my Tabel Colour at Admin Style -> Picture and Colour -> AdminlPanel&IconForForum

First I Click that Little Paint icon,
Then show that Box.
But if i Click with any Colour With My Mouse, the box Dissapered.
And i had try to Klik the LeftDownCorner Tabel for fill Number of Colour i want, but same.. I click it and the Box Dissapered. [ The Tabel like this : |#FFC...| ]


And the most weird is,
Look at that Picture, there is an Orange Colour right ?
But the Orange Colour only work on my Chat Box, but my member say The OrangeColour there are in the ChatBox, Homepage message and Forum Tabel.

Be careful if you pick a color when it is close to the edge it may just dissaper, when you have the color selected make sure you click OK
