Adding More Sections in forum

Hello ,


I can't find the problem and i searched alot on forums but no solutions.

This is My Problem:
I got Selections Like   Locked Forum / New Post / No new Post
But i want some more like  File Forum / Garbage Forum / Troll place and have own logo.

i tryed to look for it but can't find anything 
This is my Forum : (New members are not allowed to post external links or emails for 7 days. Please contact the forum administrator for more information.)


another Problem :  Background  , Whenever i wanna change it it doesnt fit the background well i tryed alot but nothing really works , I wanna have 1 image Fully Over screen and if scrolling it follows. but i dont want it in my Chatbox

Hi,

For the first problem, you want to replace them with your own images ?

For the second problem, Go to your Admin Panel --> General --> Security --> Unauthorize members with less than a week registration to post external links and emails : No --> then save it.

The second problem u call isnt a problem its on these forums Lol 
but first problem I already has putted my image in the one's i could but i wanna create more.

You want to create more image of category legends, like there will be a image that explain that the topic has been garbage am i right ?
